Coming from nearly two decades of work in marketing with experience in CPG training and investment banking, Brigette brings a diverse perspective to the role that innovation plays in driving brand growth strategies across multiple sales channels and markets. She’s been responsible for managing P&Ls totaling over $200M while leading global cross-functional teams. Brigette is committed to reorienting the way the world views snacking by making it a more holistic and wellness-oriented experience.

Rachel Porges

Rachel Porges 

Rachel Porges is a passionate marketer, brand strategist, and CPG GM, having spent nearly 20 years distilling business context and brand truths into strategies, plans and executions that drive top line sales. She leads Innovation, Insights and Channel Development for Nom Nom and serves as an advisor to Melitas Ventures in her free time, as a brand and strategy consultant. She was formerly CMO at Levain Bakery, VP of Sales & Marketing at JSX, and Head of Marketing at Kriser’s Natural Pet, and spent her early years in brand roles at Neutrogena and Unilever. She has led diverse businesses, launching and renovating brands from $500K to $1B across the retail, personal care, food, travel & tourism, and pet sectors. Rachel holds an MBA from Wharton and a BS from Boston University.
