For example, we just launched a new format of Seaweed Snack packaging (finally, no plastic tray!), and the Social Nature community spoke and confirmed that our Trayless Seaweed Snacks offer the same amount of seaweed and equal seaweed-snacking experience with less “annoying extra plastic”* waste. We’ve affirmed that seaweed-snackers don’t like having the plastic tray inside and that it is not necessary. This is a win-win for consumers (less waste) and retailers (more efficiency in transit and on shelf).
